Nick Giovanni, Chief Financial Officer, oversees finance (FP&A, accounting, tax, capital markets, investor relations) for Instacart. 

Prior to joining Instacart, Nick worked at Goldman Sachs for more than 20 years where he most recently served as Global Head of the Technology, Media and Telecom Group of the Investment Banking Division. During this time, he advised some of the world’s leading technology companies on financing and strategic transactions. He also served on the IBD Executive Committee and the IBD Growth Investment Committee.

He is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business.
